    Когда обновил да самой новый 2.7.9 то ретекстуры хз где их вообще нету и других обьектов нету.

    Что касается 1 вопроса
    инклуд и плагин streamer разной версии скорей всего, скачайте и обновите инклуд и плагин и перекомпилируйте мод
    3 вопрос: у вас сильно старый инклуд...
    а царь то ненастоящий

    Скачайте отсюда последнюю версию инклуда и плагина. Если версия 2.7.9 не подойдёт под код, то там можно скачать и прошлые версии.
