Добрый день помогите разобраться почему у меня /capture работает только на зонах Vagos / Ballas

Когда я лидер Vagos / Ballas я могу закаптить только зону Ballas и Vagos а когда зайду на зону Groove RIFA AZTEC у меня пишет SERVER: UNKNOW COMMAND а так команда работает!
